Terms and Conditions for Magnetic Mosquito Screens Services
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply and installation of Magnetic Mosquito Screens, including magnetic nets, retractable nets, and aluminum shutter nets. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Payments
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking our services.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the installation.
3. Cancellations
- Refund Policy: If you cancel the order, 10% of the deposit will be returned. The remaining 40% of the deposit will be retained to cover administrative and preparatory costs.
4. Warranties
- Full Payment Warranty: Warranties are only applicable if the service was paid in full without any discounts.
- No Warranty on Discounts: If the service is availed at a discounted price, no warranty is provided.
5. Limited Liability
- No Responsibility for Damage: We are not responsible for any damage whatsoever, whether to property, person, or any other kind, arising from the installation or use of our products.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Customers must ensure the installation site is ready and accessible. Any delay caused by the site not being ready may result in additional charges.
- Clear Access: Ensure clear access to the installation area. Any obstacles that need to be moved by our team may incur additional costs.
7. Changes and Modifications
- Service Changes: Any changes to the original order must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges.
- Modifications by Us: We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the design and installation process as needed to ensure the best quality and fit.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Kenya and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
9. Acceptance of Terms
